Dear Mr. Banks,

Our genome browser displays the rice clones one-by-one at this point. No
pseudomolecule for rice has been released so far, so we do not have
chromosome positions for the BACs/PACs.

Sincerely,

Lenny Teytelman

I was wondering where if you had any files containing all of the bacs that comprise the rice chromosomes you use for your rice genome viewer, and if you have a table of relative map positions (ordering) of where the bacs lay along the chromosomes. Thank you
