suggestions about BLAST search

We will put the GenBank titles/summaries in the headers of the fasta files
(downloadable on the ftp site), and that will show up in the summaries.
Is that fine?  These should display the assigned chromosome of each clone.

As for chromosomal locations, we don't have a pseudomolecule for rice, so
we don't have the locations.  We wish we did!
