HarvEST to Gramene

If you would like to make use of the information that we have in HarvEST Triticeae for Gramene, please let me know.  For example, we could provide you with a tab delimited file listing each barley unigene and its best rice hit (using the TIGR annotated rice genome).  A new version of HarvEST Triticeae will be posted on our website in the very near future.  If you wish to view HarvEST to see what might be useful to Gramene, then please have a look at a temporary version http://harvest.ucr.edu/HarvEST085.exe.  Of course, we are always interested in feedback, so if anything is not obvious about the software, or you see any errors, then please let us know.
