Dear Peter,
We don't have any information about anyone else doing this. However from Gramene
protein entry pages we definitely allow the user to query for respective
arabidopsis homologs.
An example from Gramene is for Adenylate kinase A
http://www.gramene.org/perl/protein_search?protein_id=77852
Once on this protein entry page click on the menu section
[ Similarity to Other Proteins ]
and then select for "Arabidopsis". It will do the query for respective
Arabidopsis homologs.
Sincerely
Pankaj
