If I may be so bold, I am interested in implementing a form that does what I
think your form (at http://www.gramene.org/plant_ontology/suggestions.pdf)
does. That is, when the user presses the button (that in your case reads
"Submit Ontology") I want to have the contents of the pdf form to be emailed
to someone.
If you would be so kind, can you show me the code behind that button?
