trait ontology

Hi Guys,
I have uploaded two files for the Trait Ontology on the CVS facility we have
now.

They are:

trait.definition   and   trait.ontology

These are with the TOID prefixes instead of the arbitrary GO ID prefixes. Try to
use these with the new DAGeditor from flybase. Let me know if it works, if not I
will post the modified GO editor that I have. I know it works with this file
containing the TO prefixes.
