trait Vs GO

Doreen,
could you please comment on how are we going to relate the GO Vs trait (a big
?), e.g. look at dorught tolerance, the term is there in GO but needs to be
under traits. I really dont know how is it going to work (all i can do is make
multiple parents). I am thinking of suggesting to GO that all the responses are
traits (phenotypes) and not biological process in entitity. Since a lot of
molecular functions as part of different biological processes may be involved in
final response.
