changes on brie2

Because Ace::Browser::AceSubs
no longer exports AceInit and AceHeader
by default,

I edited these files in
brie2:/usr/local/gramene

cgi-perl/generic/xml
cgi-perl/searches/blast
cgi-perl/searches/browser
cgi-perl/searches/query
cgi-perl/searches/text
lib/perl/GrameneSubs.pm

to specifically ask for these to be exported
(along with :DEFAULT)

I didn't commit these  or
really test them.

I notice that
cgi-perl/generic/tree
cgi-perl/searches/text
have problems
