cvs directories

To add a new directory to CVS, just do
     cvs add directoryname
No commit is needed.  The parent directory must already be in cvs.

To create the directory in other copies of the project, do not use
mkdir,
use
cvs update -d directoryname

and in general when you update, use -d if there might be new
subdirectories.
