new ontology scheme

Hi Everyone,

To have a look at the present ontology scheme, in full, means with all the terms
present, please follow the dirction as follows. I will greatly appreciate your
feedback. Remember development ontologies are kept separately for the time
being.

You can launch the goeditor from the directory on brie2
%xace /usr/local/GO/goeditor

and once the editor is there , using the file menu load the terms by selecting
the file gramene_ontology from directory  %xace /usr/local/GO/goeditor/ontology

Pl. do not load the definition file. there is some problem with the
gramene_definition file, I will update that later.
