GO browser

Hi Xioakang and Pankaj,

Pankaj, Xioakang will be working on making the changes in the Java 
scripts for the GO browser.

There are two types of changes that need to be made.  The first is to 
change the autogenerated ID to reflect a different prefix based on 
the browser utilized.  When Gene_Ontology is selected GO will remain 
as the prefix.
Gene_Ontology	GO
*Plant_Ontology	PO
*Trait_Ontology	TO
*Chemical_Ontology	CO


The second change is the addition of type to the  DBXrefs. Can you 
please make the following changes to have the new fields added and 
displayed in the following order.  The new fields are annotated with 
*.

Anatomy
*Morphology
*Trait
Definition
*PMID
*Gramene
*WWW
*ISBN
Analog
Synonym
Unknown
