I appreciated so smart software, GBrowse, you provided. I met the two problems
below, and highly appreciated it if you could help me to solve them.<br>

i) When I open xxxx_renderfarm, the error message is: 'Track rendering error:
Can't connect to localhost:8102 (Connection refused)', as is shown here (<a href="http://129.93.134.10/cgi-bin/gb2/gbrowse/yeast_renderfarm/">http://129.93.134.10/cgi-bin/gb2/gbrowse/yeast_renderfarm/</a>),
although I tried to type in:</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom:0in;margin-bottom:.0001pt;line-height:normal"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;font-family:"Times New Roman","serif"">/etc/init.d/gbrowse-slave start<br>

Is this caused by the lack of the recommended prerequisites of GBrowse2? You
see, I didn't install all of the prerequisites GBrowse2 recommended.</span></p>

ii) When I open <a href="http://129.93.134.10/gbrowse2/">http://129.93.134.10/gbrowse2/</a> , it works well. However, when I
open <a href="http://129.93.134.10/cgi-bin/gbrowse2/gbrowse/volvox">http://129.93.134.10/cgi-bin/gbrowse2/gbrowse/volvox</a> , it doesn't work. I don’t
know the reason.<br>

I have attached the error_log of apache2, could you please have a look at it,
and give me some useful suggestions. Thanks so much.<br>
