I have given a unique name so that gbrowse_details work, and i have grouped them on xyplot based on an attribute parameter (key value pair). But the gbrowse_details script works only on name. I believe it must work on method, start, end etc.
gbrowse_details script seems to search only $name and not other parameters ($method )
eg:

I have many entries with same "name" in different feature like this:

chr2 solexa LL_transcript 440690 440774 -0.903089986992 - . type=lltranscript;Name=chr2_69557;MaxCoverage=10;MaxCovDark=2;MaxCovIron=0;MaxCovHL=0;MaxCovNL=2;MaxCovLL=7;xyandgene=11658

chr2 solexa MM_transcript 440573 440600 -0.47712125472 - . type=mmtranscript;Name=chr2_69557;MaxCoverage=4;MaxCovDark=0;MaxCovIron=2;MaxCovHL=0;MaxCovNL=1;MaxCovLL=1;xyandgene=20757

The problem for me is:
When i click on the LL_transcript glyph it shows the MM_transcript details. If i delete the $name parameter in href, it doesnt function. how to link in such a way that all parameters are exactly searched. It seems gbrowse_details searches a minimum match ie atleast one parameter is matched or almost similar.

Thanks for your help,
Alaguraj.V
