Hi Nathan, Lincoln,

First, I apologize for the delayed response. Your email arrived the day before the summer school started.

Lincoln, I'm wondering, does a keystyle of beneath/bottom even make sense in current GBrowse versions, where tracks can be dragged? Do draggable tracks make this much harder?
Looking at the Bio::Graphics::Panel code, it looks like it should be "bottom" instead of "beneath" (however, with my GBrowse 1.70 installation, I can only get this to have an effect when I click "Link to Image" and manually change "keystyle=between" to "keystyle=bottom" in the URL; i.e., "keystyle = bottom" seems to have no effect in the GBrowse configuration file).
