Hi....<div><br></div><div><div>I uploaded transcriptomics data on GBrowse 1.70 using the glyph wiggle density on CentOS. I am able to visualize the correct expression profiles for individual genes only when i zoom in till 100kbp, zooming beyond 100 kbp shows smudged expression profiles.</div>
<div><br></div><div> I felt this was related to the bump density parameter explained in the configuration tutorial, however changing this value also showed no change in the view. Interestingly, the same values of bump density are working well on mac os x. What could be the possible reason and solution to this? Or are there any other parameters that i need to look in cent os.</div>
