Hi Todd, Jason, and others,

GMODtools:
The lack of doc is unfortunate, as it is a widely used package. :-(. I'll add this to my queue.

Tripal:
This may have come online since you last looked at Tripal. http://www.genome.clemson.edu/software/tripal
It includes a user guide.

Modware:
I am not sure what to do about Modware. Only 1 person (out of 89 respondents) in the 2009 GMOD Survey used Modware, and I'm guessing they were from where it was developed.

Scott, do you have any opinion on the viability of Modware?

Dave C.

On Wed, Jul 15, 2009 at 12:16 PM, Todd Vision <tjv@bio.unc.edu> wrote:

A couple of general GMOD documentation weakspots are holding up Jason
Phillip's progress on mimulusevolution.org. These might be two areas of
general interest that could use some focused attention from the helpdesk.
Is it possible some material being prepared by Scott or Stephen for this
year's courses will be helpful? Any other suggestions for how to get
familiar with these tools?

Thanks,
Todd
