This bug is now fixed in the CVS version of both stable and trunk.

Lincoln

On Wed, Mar 11, 2009 at 11:24 AM, Zhangjun Fei <zf25@cornell.edu> wrote:

My group recently downloaded the newest version of gbrowse from CVS to get rid of the (harmless) error message in apache log file: Bio::Graphics::BrowserConfig=HASH(0xnnnnnnn) at XXX/Bio/Graphics/Browser.pm line 587.

We found a small bug in this new version. It ignores the content of "head" section in the configuration file. An example, if we include the following option in the .conf file, the "" will be ignored in the output html.

head =

Thanks and best regards,
