[Gmod-help] External - SequenceServer

Hi Yannick,

I don't think we have official standards for what gets included as
"external"; though looking at everything else that is in that
category, it appears that everything has a compatible open source
license.  I think most (probably all) of those pages are there to
provide a reference that we control to link to from other wiki pages;
what it is definitely not there for is as a "software registry", which
is what it seems like you're looking for.
