[Gmod-help] GBrowse 2.39 Blat Plugin

 I am having issues with the Blat.pm module in GBrowse 2.39
 
 The problem I am having is that the CGI variables in the Blat.pm form using Finder are not being set.
 
  If I 'hardcode' a sequence and hits into the Blat.pm module then Blat works fine.  So I 
know that my Blat installation and Blat:plugin definitions are fine.
