[Gmod-help] error zoom

hello,

i have g mod and well its messing up. every time i get in a vehicle or entity like a flyable ship it wont let me zoom out! it just keeps on glitching like jumping back. i try space, Ctrl and others it just wont work! 

please help me with this problem!
