[Gmod-help] unknown error while loading annotation files

I'm attempting to upload methylation data onto Phytozome's Gossypium raimondii reference. I've tried both bedGraph and wiggle formats, but in both cases an error occurs during upload. Unfortunately, no error message is provided, so I have no idea what's wrong. Is there some way I can find out what the error was?
