[Gmod-help] Subroutines and Paramters of Gbrowse Plugins

Hi,

I have been changing the FilterTest.pm Gbrowse plugin to filter specific tracks. I am wondering how to perform the following:

1.       Call a named subroutine (initialized in the "init_code" section of a *.conf file) from within FilterTest.pm

2.       Pass FilterTest.pm parameters through the URL
