[Gmod-help] problems installing gbrowser

Hi,
I followed the instructions to install gbrowser, i.e. first installed Active Perl, then Apache and finally downloaded Nmake.exe from the web, run it and placed NMAKE.ERR and NMAKE.EXE in C:\Perl\bin
Then tried to run perl gbrowse_netinstall.pl from the command prompt at DOS and got the following message

Couldn't install nmake.exe: No such file or directory at gbrowse_netinstall.pl line 150.
BEGIN failed--compilation aborted at gbrowse_netinstall.pl line 158.

What else can I do? Thanks
