[Gmod-help] Glitch

Hello I play on Garrys Mod quit,e alot and for some reason my weapons HUD won't show up. Meaning I can't see what weapon I am about to choose it just automatically changes weapon. Which means on sandbox and other games I am getting killed alot, could you help please. thank you
