HI Don,

Sorry about the problems with SourceForge.  I can't say I'm surprised
unfortunately: they had problems last week with a security exploit and
have been working to recover since.

You can get GBrowse 2.23 from CPAN:

  http://search.cpan.org/CPAN/authors/id/L/LD/LDS/GBrowse-2.23.tar.gz
