[Gmod-help] Hi i need help

Hi,
My problem is that when i start Gmod it goes to the loading screen with G-Man just standing there but sfter that it freezes and nothing else happens,
It doesn't even show the loading bar, I would like this problem to be fixed or to be helped so i can fix myself,
I have reinstalled wice.... And am tired of not being able to play.
