Given that we don't actually develop GMOD tools I am not sure it would make sense for us to lead this although it would
be great for CBRG to part of such an initiative. Maybe Gos/Intermine or the BioMart people would be a better fit? They
were also almost certainly have more leverage than me as well for getting such a grant.

Development I think would be good, tying in with EMBOSS using Galaxy and GBrowse/JBrowse.
There is a lot of annotation done with Artemis so maybe CHADO could be made more Artemis friendly? Or perhaps that will
be part of the JBrowse grant?
