[Gmod-help] GBrowse bp_bulk_load_gff.pl

Hi,

I am experiencing some problems uploading my data onto a non local mysql database for gbrowse. The error msg that was returned was:

155227000 features parsed in  0.06s...
Total parse time 8712.77s
Loading feature data and analyzing tables.  You may see RDBMS messages here...
Ending program
ERROR 2013 (HY000) at line 1: Lost connection to MySQL server during query
Total load time 40976.00s
done...
Analyzing/optimizing tables. You will see database messages...
Optimization time time  0.00s

I think the problem is that the MySQL connection does not stay open long enough for the data to be transferred. I have already changed the connection time to 20 hours on the MySQL server but it's still not working.

Would appreciate any help and thanks in advance!
