[Gmod-help] slide sharing

Hi Todd,

I upload a lot of those talks/posters personally.  I can make it a policy to
also tell people that the default license will be CC-BY (
http://creativecommons.org/licenses/by/2.0/), unless they object.  I can
easily create a template to use on future uploads.

I'll document this preference somewhere on the web site too.

And, I propose doing this only for future uploads.
