Subject: Re: [Gmod-gbrowse] GBrowse and GWT

Hi Greg,

I'm not aware of anyone doing this.

A web search led me to http://blog.openhelix.eu/?tag=jbrowse , which led me to http://panda.genomics.org.cn/page/panda/mapview.jsp?dbKey=Panda&&refId=3 which is a GWT based browser.

The UTGB Toolkit ( http://utgenome.org/ ) is also based on GWT.

Has anyone successfully used GBrowse within a GWT (Google Web Toolkit) application? Has anyone tried it and established that it just won't work?

TIA,

Greg
