[Gmod-help] Some folders appear to be missing

I recently reset my computer to factory settings , wiping everything off of it. And i re-installed Gmod and HL2 and CS:S.

I went to install PHX3 and Wiremod for Gmod , but when i went to put the required folders into my addons folder i discovered

that i no longer had one, and upon looking some more i also appear to be missing my gamemodes folder.

 

What can i do to fix this? ( without re-installing Gmod preferably)
