Thanks for the documentation effort Dave.

We (VectorBase) and I think Rob Buels are keen to see some long-ish
term stability in the table names - with respect to dropping the nd_
prefix (or keeping it).  I guess w.r.t. the documentation it's the
same.

I notice also that "protocol" will clash with mage's table of the same name.

An alternative to renaming nd_assay -> experiment, might be "ndassay"?
 (and "ndprotocol") ???
Then remove the nd_ prefix where not needed.
