Hi Dave,
I had a look for the original photoshop files on my various old machines but I was unable to find it Im afraid. It wasn't clear to me from the GMOD logo program page exactly what the plan was - would you use the old logo as a component of the new logos or are you looking to get a whole new one? I imagine its probably the former - if so, it wouldn't be too hard to recreate the old logo again in photoshop so we have a hi-res version for people to play with.
