[Gmod-help] problem of gbrowse

Hi,
I have installed the gbrowse2.03, and using a .bam files to plot the base coverage in gbrowse, and my problem: the junction region (which should be intron, and supported by junction reads) in my gbrowse are also ploted, it looks like the gbrowse set the junction reads as completely matched reads (including the junction region).

how can i do for this?

and an another question, how can is make gbrowse show the junction reads dashed in the junction region?
