[Gmod-help] help w/ textures

Hello, i just downloaded Gmod, hl2, and css today, and i am having some
problems with textures. I don't see a pink and black checkered surface, its
the characters and basic props. They have random black splotches on them,
and some props are all black, such as the jeep. Could you please help?
