[Gmod-help] Digest::SHA1 in GBrowse 2 wiki

This bug was fixed in the GBrowse 2 Build.PL; the GBrowse 2 HOWTO should also be updated to reference Digest::SHA instead of Digest::SHA1.

The GBrowse 2.04 Build.PL recommends "Digest::SHA1", but bin/gbrowse_set_admin_passwd.pl and cgi-bin/gbrowse_login actually use Digest::SHA, which is a distinct module.
