If you want install gbrowse on windows server, then you must:
* read http://gmod.org/wiki/GBrowse_Windows_HOWTO
* test installation
* contact "Dave Clements, GMOD Help Desk" <help at gmod.org> or "GMOD
GBrowse List" <gmod-gbrowse at lists.sourceforge.net> for your questions

I use linux distributions so that I don't know how help you about
gbrowse intallation on windows server. I'm sorry.

Regards,
Alessandra.
