[Gmod-help] Gbrowse and clickable maps

Hi Victor,

This question would be best asked on the GBrowse mailing list, in  
fact, it might have alerted the WormBase folks that their GBrowse  
instance is broken (\scott takes a moment to email the WormBase people).

The message you get from that WormBase link is the same one that you  
get when you call gbrowse_img with no paramters:

   http://localhost/cgi-bin/gbrowse_img

(although the images on that page are broken, since WormBase's GBrowse  
is broken :-/

Anyway, the parameter you are looking for is embed=1, which generates  
a full html page with image and imagemap that can be included in an  
iframe in another page.
