[Gmod-help] Missing VGUI Material

Okay.
I've been having a problem with GMOD 11 (or 10...)
It keeps displaying  
--- Missing Vgui material icons/silk/16/help
Every second. It makes my game lag like crazy, and the FPS is just fine in camera mode.
There's a little pink/black missing textures box in the corner as well.
Any help would be appreciated!
