[Gmod-help] (no subject)

wen i installed garry's mod  the 1st time  the download started at 93% and wen it got 2 100% i tried it and it wen 2 the laoding screan with the pic of gman with a cone on his head and then is sed that hl2.exe was not working  so after a couple of tryes i uninstalled it all and reinstalled and it installed properly and dun all the updates dut now its saying  its unavailable please try again at another time.
 
i dont know what els to do
