[Gmod-help] gmod resaloution

My resaloution on my garrys mod went to like the worst it can and now when i
start the game my screen turns black. I have tried to reinstall it from the
steam menu, I deleated the garrys mod steam folder, and completly
reinstalled steam. If you could respond that would be great thanks.
