[Gmod-help] GMod 10 isnt working right

Ok so I accidentally moved the files from my lua_temp folder to my
garrysmod/garrysmod directory and it either replaced or changed some files.
Now, singleplayer wont work + the gmod backround is the game loading screen
(the g with the circling dots)!  WHAT SHOULD I DO I DON'T WANT TO REINSTALL
I GOT SO MUCH STUFF I NEED!  If u wish to contact me thru steam my ID is
