[Gmod-help] Quantitative data upload

I have been trying to upload quantitative data to GBrowse using wiggle
density glyph. I created .wig file for all experimental data sets using
variable step format for which I am attaching a sample file with this mail.
With small dataset of almost 10 values, I was able to create .gff3 file from
the .wig file using wiggle2gff3.pl script but, for large datasets i was
unable to generate the .gff3  file in correct format as shown for one of the
sample of volvox file.I am also attaching the format of .gff3 file which i
get for my large data set.

Kindly suggest how to make .wig file and what text editor should we use for
our variable step data.
