[Gmod-help] Cannot Save My Creations

Hi;

Help!

I have never yet been able to save any of my hundreds of creations in GMOD
to my local hard drive. I hit 'Esc' and select Save, and it appears to
Save -- but it never shows up in the Load list later on.

I have GMOD and a few other games I ordered through Steam. My username is
Minun917. I run them on Windows XP, a DELL P4, with 512MB RAM and an
Nvidia 9600 video card. I have automatic updates on, so Steam keeps GMOD
up with every new patch that comes out.

Everything runs great for GMOD, Portal, HalfLife2, and CounterStrike but I
have no ability to Save anything I create in GMOD.

All my friends have pretty much the same setup I do, and their GMOD saves
as you would expect it to.

What could cause mine to fail to Save?

You can see how frustrating this can be, as I get better and better at
creating things.

Can you advise me on how to fix this?
