[Gmod-help] List of possible parameters (options) for a Glyph in GBrowse

Hi Ram,
Unfortunately, I have no feel for how complete the option
documentation is for each glyph. You could post the question to
BioPerl, but I suspect that no one on that list has a good feel for it
either. Yours is the first comment I've heard on documentation errors
in the glyphs.
I also don't know of a better way to look this information up.
However, one of the work items buried deep in my queue is to create a
GBrowse Glyphs page on the GMOD web site. It would contain a short
description of each glyph, some example pictures. Would it be
possible to use your notes on this as a basis for that page? Would
you be willing to mail me your notes when your done? This would get
me moving on that goal
So, I'm afraid I can't help you, but you might be able to help me.
Thanks,
Dave C.
