[Gmod-help] G-browse like browser for microarray data?

Hi,

I am a student of bioinformatics from india. Currently I am developing a microarray database based on mage om of rice. I am working in IARI, Pusa New Delhi.

I want to develop a web based application similar to G-Browse for the visualization of Microarray data cluster. How the G-Browse can be helpful for me for this purpose.I like GeneXplorer but i want somthing more than that. Please give me some suggestion about this.
