Well, I observed apache2 error and I have not got egual error now.
I have got two error type when I run gbrowse, one:
Variable "$segment" will not stay shared at /seq/gbrowse/bin/gbrowse line 1003.
Variable "$page_settings" will not stay shared at
/seq/gbrowse/bin/gbrowse line 2738.
Variable "$plugin_action" will not stay shared at
/seq/gbrowse/bin/gbrowse line 3064.
Bio::Graphics::BrowserConfig=HASH(0x1ba7ef0) at
/usr/local/lib/perl/5.8.8/Bio/Graphics/Browser.pm line 587.
Argument "" isn't numeric in subtraction (-) at
/seq/gbrowse/bin/gbrowse line 901.
Argument "" isn't numeric in subtraction (-) at
/seq/gbrowse/bin/gbrowse line 901.
