[Gmod-help] Gmod install

Hi,

I'm trying to install gmod using the Makefile.PL and once past the  
initial setup i get the following error:

Can't locate object method "new" via package "Template" (perhaps you  
forgot to load "Template"?) at Makefile.PL line 423, <STDIN> line 2.

Previous i was told that Template.pm was not in @INC so i changed the  
HTML/Template.pm to be found in the perllib and this removed this  
error.  Is this the correct Template.pm to be using?
