Re: using Google site search to replace wikipedia search for gmod.org,
I just tried an equivalent case 'blast to gff' on both and find that Google
is returning things less interesting than the wikipedia search, esp with
regard to wikipedia's categories (article, page). And google is returning
those PdfPrint views of pages, not as useful as the regular page for general
views.   So Lincoln's thought to offer both leaving the Wikipedia search as-is,
might be best for now.
