Hi Dave,

Thanks for the reply.
Its good to know that EcoliHub is a significant contributor to GMOD,
thanks to Jim.
Ecolihub is parent to EcoliWiki.
Currently we are trying to advertise EcoliHub.

News Releases about EcoliHub appeared today in NIH News and Purdue News.
http://news.uns.purdue.edu/x/2008a/080507WannerEcolihub.html
http://www.nigms.nih.gov/News/Results/EcoliHub05072008.htm

So we would really, really appreciate if both can be listed on the main
page.
Please let me know the required procedure.

Thanks and Regards,

Hi Shikha,

The organizations at the bottom of the GMOD home page are have
contributed to GMOD in some significant way. It is not a list of
organizations that use GMOD. That list has several hundred
organizations.

The EcoliHub project is a significant contributor to GMOD. Jim Hu has
contributed the table editor MediaWiki extension, which allows users
to update data in a Chado database through a MediaWiki interface.
EcoliHub, through Jim, also helps fund the GMOD help desk.

However, my preference is to have either EcoliWiki or EcoliHub listed
at the bottom of the home page, but not both: They are two parts of
the same project (and EcoliHub is easily reachable from EcoliWiki and
vice versa).

My question for you (and Jim!) is which would you rather have listed?

Please let me know if you have any questions, or if you really, really
want both listed.

Thanks,

Dave Clements
